SHINE 2027

The "SHINE Female Business Summit" in Munich is not just a job fair, but a leading platform for women's empowerment in Bavaria, created by women for women with one clear mission: to enable career growth – whether it's the next step up the career ladder, launching a business, or striving for personal development. At Kleine Olympiahalle, a modern underground venue in the Olympic Park, an inspiring space is created where, for one day, key speeches, panel discussions, workshops, meetings, resume consultations, autograph sessions, community gatherings, and photo projects harmoniously come together. The concept of the event is clear and purposeful: it combines a targeted search for female talent with an open, friendly atmosphere that fosters genuine exchange and the creation of connections that help unlock potential and advance careers. The highlight of the day consists of six key themes – such as Self-Esteem and Visibility, Female Leadership, Networking, Finance, Psychological Load, and New Beginnings – each offering fresh insights and practical advice. Another unique feature is the exclusive SHINE Book Area, where participants can be among the first to receive the book "Bullshit Bingo: What Women No Longer Want to Hear," complete with a personal signature – an emotional experience that goes beyond the content. The venue itself – Kleine Olympiahalle in the heart of the Olympic Park – impresses not only with its modern architecture, hidden under a green roof and bathed in daylight thanks to large glass facades, but also with its versatility: accommodating up to 3,600 people standing or 2,000 seated, a foyer with a connecting tunnel to the larger Olympiahalle, a flexible stage, and modern technical equipment – all of which make it an ideal location for a career event like SHINE. As a result, we get a complete picture of the SHINE job fair: it is an unusual, purposeful platform set against the charming backdrop of Kleine Olympiahalle, combining inspiration, networking, and career opportunities on equal footing – all in one day, supported by an elegant venue with excellent accessibility. Join us and be part of this unique event!
