About the exhibition

The "Recycling And Compounding Expo" (RACE) has established itself as the central trade fair for innovation and sustainability in the plastics industry. This event, organized annually by Polymerupdate in collaboration with Applied Market Information LLC (AMI), takes place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Mumbai and attracts professionals from around the world. RACE aims to promote the circular economy and strives to make the plastics industry more sustainable by creating closed material loops. Key themes of the exhibition include the circular economy, relevant regulatory frameworks, challenges and opportunities in plastic recycling, as well as the latest innovations and technologies in this sector. The exhibition showcases a wide range of products and services, from recycling technologies to new compounding processes. It is an excellent platform to explore the latest developments directly from leading manufacturers and service providers in the industry. Additionally, the exhibition has a strong local connection to Mumbai and India, a country increasingly focused on sustainable development. By highlighting innovative solutions, RACE supports both local and global environmental goals. One of the highlights of the exhibition is the parallel conferences, where international experts share their knowledge. Discussions and presentations offer deep insights and delve into key industry topics. Participants and key visitors come from various sectors, all connected to the recycling and disposal of plastics. The well-connected Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) in Mumbai provides ideal conditions for an international exhibition like RACE, aimed at connecting and inspiring the global plastics industry.
