The Polagra Foodtech exhibition features a comprehensive program, including the pavilion of the International Poznań Fair, filled with the aroma of fresh bread. The exhibition consists of two specialized events:
1. The BAKERY AND CONFECTIONERY TECHNOLOGY SALON, which presents machines and equipment, as well as components necessary for the bakery and confectionery industries. This event takes place every two years.
2. The FOOD TECHNOLOGY SALON, featuring an exhibition of machinery and equipment for various sectors of the food industry, such as fruit and vegetable processing, pasta and beverage production, as well as refrigeration technology and safety.

Additionally, the Polagra Tech exhibition will host other significant events, such as Polagra Gastro, TAROPAK, 4 PRINT WEEK, and Polimer Tech, making this occasion especially meaningful for professionals from different fields.

This year, Polagra Tech will collaborate with the All-Ukrainian Bakers Association, which will serve as an industry partner for the event and actively promote it among professionals in Ukraine.
