Katapult is an annual career and education fair that has been supporting people at various stages of life since its inception. Its mission is to help everyone discover new career paths and take advantage of real opportunities. The event is organized by Red Braid Marketing GmbH, which created the Katapult series as a platform focused on personal meetings, individual consultations, and specialized offerings. The main venue is Jugendstil-Festhalle in Landau, an architectural masterpiece with excellent transport links. Every autumn, the hall opens its doors for the fair, which also takes place in other cities, combining regional diversity with a broader national reach. Katapult Messe stands out for its depth and wide range of topics. The fair covers areas such as careers, training, higher education, continuing education, qualification programs, career changes, and professional development. Employers, educational institutions, associations, and organizations present current job vacancies, training programs, retraining options, and practical career advice. Visitors have access to a variety of services, including resume checks, workshops, expert talks, and direct conversations with company representatives. A defining feature of the fair is its specific focus on various target groups – from school students and university students to young professionals, skilled workers, and individuals over 50. Companies from sectors such as industry, crafts, IT, healthcare, public administration, retail, education, and services use this event to connect with potential candidates, showcase themselves as attractive employers, and attract future talent. Katapult is not just a fair, but a place for inspiration, dialogue, and career orientation. In a rapidly changing job market, it offers valuable guidance and concrete entry points. Through close cooperation with regional partners, the event also contributes to the economic and social development of Landau and the surrounding areas. Jugendstil-Festhalle not only provides a visually impressive setting but is also conveniently accessible – both by public transport and by car. For anyone looking to take the next step in their career or explore new opportunities, Katapult Messe in Landau offers the perfect platform to start moving forward. Join us!
