The main goals of the exhibition-fair include the preservation and development of authentic traditions in folk art and crafts, along with their promotion. We aim to create favorable conditions for more people to get acquainted with these traditional crafts. The exhibition will feature workshops on various crafts, allowing talented artisans to showcase their skills and receive support for their creative initiatives.
Another important objective is to foster a positive attitude towards national culture and the traditions of folk art among the younger generation, instilling respect for the traditions of their homeland. The exhibition will also provide opportunities for artisans to expand their market reach and engage in creative exchanges with colleagues from different regions.
The exhibition will unite the efforts of decorative and applied artists in studying and developing traditional folk culture, thereby preserving various crafts in the region.
The thematic sections of the exhibition will include a diverse range of crafts such as weaving, ceramics, painting, mosaics, and stained glass. Visitors can also explore artistic blacksmithing, casting, and embossing, along with wood carving, birch bark products, and traditional lacework.
Additionally, there will be showcases of embroidery, crochet, beadwork, batik, and tapestries, as well as artistic items made from fur, leather, and metal. Visitors can discover folk dolls, clay toys, handmade clothing, and accessories, along with patchwork quilting, textiles, decoupage, scrapbooking, quilling, and felting.
Handmade soaps and cosmetics, creative supplies, and books on handicrafts will also be available.
