About the exhibition

The EMPACK exhibition is an international fair dedicated to packaging technologies, materials, and related services. Since its inception, it has established itself as an important venue for industry representatives in Porto, attracting leading brands and medium-sized companies seeking innovative packaging solutions. Organized by easyFairs Iberia, EMPACK provides a significant platform for exchanging ideas, innovations, and solutions. The exhibition facilitates business networking at all stages of the packaging chain. The name EMPACK, combining the terms "Emballage" (packaging) and "Pack" (pack), accurately reflects the focus of the event. The range of EMPACK is extensive: it includes packaging materials such as plastics, paper, cardboard, and metals, biomaterials, as well as machines and equipment for packaging processes such as filling, sealing, labeling, and palletizing. Automated packaging technologies and robotics solutions are also featured. Innovations in printing and packaging design, including digital and flexographic printing, are highlighted. The assortment is complemented by systems for product identification, barcodes, RFID technologies, cameras, metal detectors, and other testing equipment. Special attention is given to sustainable, reusable, and recyclable packaging solutions and related recycling technologies. EMPACK plays a vital role in strengthening the local industry in Porto and serves as an important hub for international business relations. The exhibition includes expert lectures, workshops, and product presentations. The range of exhibitors covers areas from packaging to marketing and product development, as well as labeling, printing, and sustainability. The diverse audience includes designers, packaging experts, marketers, and specialists in robotics and palletizing. As part of an international series of exhibitions, EMPACK emphasizes its global significance. The excellent infrastructure of Exponor - Feira Internacional do Porto creates optimal conditions for exhibitors and visitors.
