About the exhibition

The BeSt exhibition, which stands for "Career, Education, and Further Training," is a prestigious event in Austria focused on education and career development. Since its inception, it has established itself as a central hub for anyone seeking information about educational opportunities and career paths. The exhibition takes place at the exhibition center in Klagenfurt and is held every two years, attracting numerous visitors from various sectors. The main organizer of the exhibition is the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research of Austria, and the management of the exhibition in Klagenfurt is handled by SoWI-Holding GmbH, which, in addition to organizing the exhibition, offers various other services in the field of education. The main themes of the exhibition cover a wide range from educational opportunities and training programs to career paths. The exhibition provides an overview of the diverse available options and showcases products, services, brochures, as well as extensive information. Participants in the exhibition include representatives from universities, colleges, technical schools, academies, private educational institutions, language schools, and companies informing about employment opportunities and internal training programs. A distinctive feature of BeSt is the opportunity for personal communication, which sets it apart from many other informational events. This characteristic makes the exhibition a unique place for dialogue and consultations. The primary target audience of the exhibition includes high school graduates, students, those seeking higher education, as well as parents, teachers, and professionals. In addition to Klagenfurt, such exhibitions are also held in Salzburg, Graz, Innsbruck, and Vienna, which adds even more significance and reach in Austria. Finally, it is worth noting that the exhibition center in Klagenfurt is ideally located as an event venue and is easily accessible. We invite you to participate in the BeSt exhibition!
