AZUBISpot – The Education Exhibition at the Cinema is an annual event that provides practical career guidance for students, young professionals, and anyone interested in vocational training. Every autumn, for one day, the cinema transforms into a platform for career opportunities. It showcases not only traditional training programs but also dual study programs, internships, and further education opportunities. The event is organized by RAV Medienagentur UG, an agency experienced in film advertising and event management, which has developed an innovative exhibition concept aimed at youth. The exhibition covers a wide range of topics – from vocational training and dual study programs to career orientation and professional retraining. Companies and institutions from various sectors – including technology, crafts, healthcare, retail, public administration, IT, and media – present themselves through multimedia presentations on a large screen, thoughtfully designed information stands, and personal conversations. The target audience includes not only students but also young people, parents, those changing careers, and individuals in transitional phases of their professional lives. A key priority for the organizers is the quality of interaction: visitors should feel taken seriously, have the opportunity to ask individual questions, and establish meaningful connections for the next step in their careers. A highlight of the event is its interactive experience: participants attending presentations or engaging in conversations collect "virtual tickets" that can be exchanged for prizes, such as cinema tickets, in digital slot machines. This reward gaming system creates a motivating atmosphere and adds a modern, engaging touch to the event. The Berlin AZUBISpot is part of a nationwide series of events, with stops in cities such as Munich, Hamburg, Dresden, and Freiburg. This allows the concept of "education exhibition in a cinema" to reach youth across Germany – aiming to make career orientation accessible, inspiring, and practical.
