About the exhibition
AZUBISpot – Career Fair at the Cinema is an annual event with an innovative concept aimed at students, school graduates, career starters, and those looking to change professions. The fair offers a unique, relaxed atmosphere for exploring opportunities in vocational training, dual study programs, internships, and professional development.
AZUBISpot combines information and practical experience in an unusual way: presentations on a large screen and personal meetings in the foyer create a friendly atmosphere that sets this event apart from traditional job fairs.
In Hamburg, the fair takes place at CinemaxX Dammtor – one of the most modern and accessible cinemas in the city, just a few minutes' walk from Dammtor station. This event has become an integral part of the city's annual event calendar. The organizer is RAV Medienagentur UG, an experienced provider of cinema advertising and event planning, which not only developed the concept but also successfully implements it throughout Germany.
The fair covers all key topics related to starting a career – from traditional training positions and dual study programs to opportunities for further education and career changes. Visitors gain insight into a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, skilled trades, retail, healthcare, information technology, media, public administration, and social services. The program is complemented by brief presentations on screen, where companies present themselves engagingly and effectively, as well as interactive elements that encourage active participation.
AZUBISpot is not limited to Hamburg. It is part of a nationwide series of events held in cities such as Munich, Dresden, Freiburg, Berlin, and Villingen-Schwenningen. RAV Medienagentur's goal is to provide young people with easy and broad access to career counseling – always in a modern and appealing format.
The main target audience includes students from general and vocational schools. However, parents, teachers, and career changers can also take the opportunity to directly interact with participants, including companies, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, and government bodies. The exhibiting companies represent a wide range of the economy – from small and medium-sized enterprises to international corporations – all striving to connect with future talents and inform them.
CinemaxX Dammtor impresses with modern technology, comfortable seating, a friendly atmosphere, and a central location. With excellent transport links, getting to the event is easy and eco-friendly – an added advantage for anyone seeking a relaxed and effective career orientation.
